We ship to the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and our shipping charges are based on the Real Time Rates (RTR) of USPS. Shipping charges are calculated by the weight and size of the product(s) being shipped and the location of the recipient. Personalized Babies is not involved in the calculation of shipping rates. For orders that receive free shipping, Personalized Babies will determine the best shipping service and method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and you can view your order status on personalizedbabies.com. You can also track your package by visiting www.usps.com and entering your tracking number.
Shipping is not refundable under any circumstances. If you receive your order and there is a mistake that requires an exchange, Personalized Babies will send you a pre-paid label to return the item and will send the replacement item at no cost to the customer.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment. Please save the box and, if needed, we will help you file a claim with the carrier. Please note that a claim can only be filed if you have the original packaging. Our liability is limited to replacement of the item, if available in time for your event. We do not issue refunds for damaged shipments unless we cannot replace the item.
If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package is undeliverable, you refuse your package or fail to pick it up from the Postal Service and the package is returned to Personalized Babies, you are responsible for the shipping costs to re-send the package back to you.
Delivery dates for all of our products can be found on each product page under the “Delivery Dates” tab. These delivery dates only apply to orders shipping to the Contiguous United States. Free shipping is also only available to orders shipping the Contiguous United States. Orders that are guaranteed to arrive on a national holiday will be delivered by the day after the holiday.
